After 24 hours, the suit tailoring process will be completed and we will no longer be able to accept any modifications or cancellations.

For drop shipping, we can ship directly to your customers without including our company information (please leave a note requesting drop shipping when ordering).

Purchase Protection Extension

If your purchase protection period is about to expire, simply message us with “Please extend delivery time by 30 days due to shipping delays” and we’ll help extend your protection.

If modifications are requested after this period, additional fees may apply.

Brazil Customers: need to provide a tax ID (CPF)

Russia Customers: need to provide full name as required by Customs Department
